I cry tears of joy all the time. Sad things make me tear and devastating things make me weep. If I have an argument I will also get teared up which makes me feel betrayed by my own body because I really am angry. But in no way is it because I am unstable, or from past trauma or even from bipolar. I have been stable on meds for 16 years now.
