So its been two weeks that ive been consistently exercising. Actually looking forward to breaking a sweat on my little leggerciser! And starting to feel better on a daily basis. A little more energetic, less achy overall. Getting chores done - nothing dramatic, but one or two a day, like getting the mail put away, or putting the trash out.
Also trying to be careful of my food - mainly not to overeat, secondly to eat on time - before i get too hungry, so i am satisfied with MUCH less, which i am surprised to say HAS been working. It just REALLY goes against how my parents raised me, how the church taught me, what my thought patterns are - its like its WRONG to eat, to not wait until the last possible moment. Well, that is what has been messing me up all my life. It focuses your attention on food, instead of making it the tiny chore it should be, that you attend to, then get on with your LIFE.
