IF you wish to have an avatar come with you into chat, you need to select one from the list that is there now (we hope DocJohn will give us more soon...)

when you go to chat, go up to My Profile, click on avatar, and when you find one you like, move your cursor over it, a number will come up. NOW go to the MAIN forum page.. not in chat... and click on My Profile... click on edit preferences... scroll down and DocJohn has a place to insert your chat avatar #.
