I apologize on being late on getting back to you!

When I stopped drinking to excess, I switched over to eating to excess.

It has taken me years of hard work to get rid of my cravings because of the level of damage my family did to me.

I had to face and accept my reality regarding my mental health issues that fueled my overeating and my alcoholism. I write about that here:
