I try to be calm most of the time, but certain things get my anxiety and anger to go full blown. Here is a chronological list of things that piss me off the most to the least:
  1. Finances
  2. Feeling rushed/pressed for time
  3. Being disrespected
  4. Drama
  5. My family
  6. Feeling unappreciated or taken for granted

How's this for a start?
