Today I'm struggling with sad feelings. I feel lonely. I worry that something might be wrong with me. People don't care about me. My family doesn't really care. They are too busy all the time. My daughter doesn't care to talk to me much. One daughter won't talk to me at all. My partner left me. And my friend just left me. I must be an awful person. I try to be friendly. I don't understand.

I'm not in a healthy mindset. I need to try to feel better about myself and know that I did the best I could. I have people here on PC who care. I need to remember that.
