Well I don’t know about jumping to her having a disorder of some kind will help things.
The goal is to know what’s going on daily , weekly , monthly???
Buy calendar and you both agree to write activities or appts on it. So if something comes up you just have to look and either it will be there or not , if it’s not one of you forgot. The only person at fault is who forgot to write it down. So that should solve any He said She said nonsense.
I also keep a notepad where I keep a running list of groceries I need, my husband and I just add to the list as we go along.
