I never showered, I ordered in, I updated an essay, and I relaxed. My chronic fatigue, period, and stress incontinence are overwhelming. I stink, literally, and my glutes are deformed. I am not transitiining well into middle age. So my check-in is a bit sad. But I am doing what I can to maintain hope.
