I weigh 158 and I don’t know what to do. My mom and my Pdoc and my therapist are telling me my sleep issues are causing me to put on weight and that severe tiredness causes you to not pay attention to what your eating and causes you to gain weight and crave carbs. Blah blah blah. I know I’m gaining weight because of my uncontrolled sleep disorder. I wish I could just snap out of that though. It’s up to me and I need to stop making excuses. But everyone is telling me I’m not making excuses and that I have something legit going on. I don’t want to gain weight though and I’m the only one who can prevent it.
