Varies by year. In 2019, maybe the following? It wasn't a particularly bad year at all, considering some of the stressors.

- 5% depressed (more grieving, stress and/or worry from loss of my pet and my dad's many trips to the ER and hospital than full fledged depressive episode) - I have the occasional "down" day, but usually bounce out of it quickly.
- 10% mixed features (sometimes more on hypo/manic end sometimes more on depressive end)
- 60% euthymic
- 25% hypomanic (several short-term, but I remember one was over a month or so - varying levels)
- 2% to 3% full blown manic (briefly following longer-term hypomanic period)
- 1% to 2% psychosis (as part of full blown and some mixed features)
