Also consider exercise or fitness as a hobby and set a goal such as running in a 5K race or make a goal of walking, swimming or gym workout three times to five times per week for 30 to 60 minutes. Hiking on weekends is a good hobby as well since you can go with hiking meetup and make friends, see new places, and enjoy nature.
