I hope it is just a fluke. I try to work out 5-6 times a week and I have a day like this every now and again. Some days I can push through and some I just choose to give my body what it is asking me for. There is a lot of junk going around right now too. Your body might just be fighting something off. Lots of relaxation and self care today, ok?
