I see everyone on this PC forum as heroes. Everyone here is brave enough to share here. Everyone here is brave enough to keep on trying. Everyone here is brave enough to share when they don't feel like trying. Everyone is a hero when someone else can relate to what they have shared, even if they aren't able to comment or say anything in return. I have much to learn from everyone here.

And for my fellow veteran brothers and sisters, thank you for your service to our country and your heroic deeds. Thank you for extending your heroism to here. I may be called a "veteran," but I wasn't in that long and didn't deploy like most of you have. I never served in combat. Nevertheless, I relate to our common training in basic - whichever branch we served - and I have family members who were in various branches of service and friends continuing to serve (now as officers, but started out as enlisted over 20 years ago) - all of which are also my heroes who have gone to places I was not brave enough or fit enough to go to (I salute them). What makes you all really brave here is being on this PC forum and helping all the rest of us - veterans and non-veterans - feel not so alone. Thank you for your sharing and listening ears, and your continued service.

Thank you administrators, moderators, mental health professionals, and DocJohn for all of your heroic deeds in hearing many traumatic and hard stories, being strong enough to work with us, and even hearing our laments about our past (or present) bad experiences with therapy. I'm sure hearing some of this might not be easy for you, but your courage in working with us is heroic in my eyes. Thank you for not giving up and for providing a wonderful platform for us to communicate and finally be free to share our thoughts - some of which might be too scary for us to disclose in real life. Thank you for all of your services!

Thank you @HD7970GHZ for posting this. You are a hero in my eyes, too - especially for posting this.
