This my POV - what one couple see's as a possession or ultimatum another couple see's as RESPECT for the marriage they vowed to honor and protect until death they do part......... my husband and I both have things that we ask of each other, some to do some not to do and we both see that as RESPECT - not control.

So - to each their own - or what ever floats their boat..... all is fine with me.
