I know I am not actively thinking that way. I just had an adjustment the other day to my sertraline. maybe that's it. usually I don't really dwell on this type of thinking.
please don't anyone freak out. I know I didn't word things correctly in my first post. I am just very low. I tried to delete the original post but couldn't find a way to do it. does anyone know how to delete the post? I realize I just shouldn't have said anything at all and waited for my mood to pass. which it has. mixed episodes for me today I guess. I did some reading about sertraline and this is a known issue with mixed episodes / down moods. Don't worry about me. I am fine.
