To be on the safe side I urge you to see your doctor as soon as possible. You can not delay this - even if instead you have a virus or a chest infection, I am asking you see your GP if just to get yourself checked out. Please.

It's still not too late to get a flu jab. Generally it takes about 2 weeks (14 days) for immunization to fully take place in your body.

ETA @Mountaindewed I didn't mean to scare you. I think you just need to get checked out because it's safest, yes? I am sorry you have had this scare and hope your weekend gets to become better.
