Depending on the person ,like my children I can never stand up to and my best friend,however I have no problem with telling my doctors where to get off.IS there a sign on us that sis it is okay to pick on me? Why us just because we have a mental illness people seem to think it is okay to pick on us.No it isnt.I actually hate myself sometimes when I dont say anything especially if my best friend is short with me I just turn my head and pretend I didnt hear her,then later I am kicking myself for not saying anything however I did tell her once in a nice way that she did snap at me she told me she was only trying to get it in my head that she has a husband who can help her.SHe never asks for help I guess she is one of those who doesnt like help but I dont care if offer anyway.Now she is starting to confide in me more since I told her numerous times her problems are not going to make me get anxieties.
