This has been a very long day! I am just getting off of my feet.

I had started with an appt with my chiropractor. Then on to see Pdoc. A few more errands in between, after, etc.

I have close friends who are not feeling well tonight. It seems to range.from brain cancer, to a severe autoimmune illness and to a serious chest infection.

I hope and pray that everyone is sleeping in Peace tonight.
