So sorry you are feeling this way. When I've had difficulties like this, after trying different methods of self soothing and not finding relief.....I finally give into it and let it "be" for awhile. Let myself be in the funk...let myself cry over, well, whatever. Sometimes after doing that, I figure out what's really bothering me and then I can work from there. Other times, I can't figure it out and just work to find my way out of it after giving it validation.
I hope you find your rythym again and are feeling on the "upside" soon!
