I assume your Seroquel was d/c'd out of concern for metabolic side effects? Maybe not. In any case, I was on Abilify and lithium for a long time and it worked well for me. I finally d/c'd the Abilify because of some movement disorderish side effects, which, thankfully went away after stopping the medication. Lithium saved my life and I would personally never stop it for any reason.
