See, that's the problem I have. Melatonin is the "in" thing now, but I used it decades ago, bought it in a natural foods store. I tried it for 3 nights and on the third day I felt weird and depressed. No doubt about it. Whenever I tell my pdoc or therapist of my experience they seem to deny it. But I don't want to take the chance of getting depressed again.
