Is your house drafty? Maybe you need to invite strangers from your local utility company into your home to do an energy usage and leakage appraisal.
I would consider it an act of solidarity, as the apartment maintenance guy will be entering my abode sometime in the next couple of weeks to modify my window AC unit, which i always find quite stressful. Share the pain!
