Sounds like the Seroquel is doing a number on you like Candybear.
I had to go into the hospital for a week on drip antibiotics with only a white cell count of 17,000 (after my appendix had already burst several months earlier) because the doctors took me off antibiotics too soon after my appendectomy and an infection wandered around my insides for 4-5 months as a result. Not a fun time. I hear you about the ER; the week before my doctor put me into the hospital I spent 14 hours in the ER one afternoon and it was their not helping the problem that made the white cell count go back up until my surgeon was frustrated and just admitted me to get to the bottom of the problem (still didn't, it was 3 months later when I found the problem and figured out how to solve it).
I wish you luck AAAAA, and hope your doctor will be back soon and able to figure it all out better.
