Thinking back you have been struggling for a while now??
Do you chart your mood daily ?? I’ll admit I stopped quite a while ago , dunno why , just forgot. I think if you can kind of step back a bit you might realize this has been coming for a while. Maybe try out a mood tracker on your phone , there are loads of them now., it’s also a good distraction.
Can you contact your Pdoc ? Call in the AM , maybe a Med tweak will pull you out of it ? Also if you have a T call S/he and maybe get in soon.
Meanwhile...... can you work on a sleep routine? Keep flinging every coping skill you have at it until something sticks.

Thank you for responding. I was using a mood tracker, but I fell off for a little while. I do think I should get back to doing that though. I definitely need to contact my pdoc. I have an appointment in a few weeks, but probably shouldn't wait, although I have been trying to "wait it out." I do not have a T anymore, since she doesn't take my insurance. I'm nervous about finding a good one since I did have a bad experience with a certain T.
I have been sleeping much more than usual, but I think that is because of the depression. There are times where I will sleep 10 hours but still feel tired, which is unusual, given my history of insomnia. I do want to try different coping skills as much as possible to see what will work, although difficult.
