Have you been able to calm yourself, making yourself more comfortable? I hope so.
One of the methods you can try is to visualize your morning, with as much detail as possible. In this visualization, make things go exactly the way you want things to go. See if you can achieve even more focus/concentration for when you arrive at the Dr's office. Consider all of the details that might occur at his office, having switched everything to the postitive and to whatever is TRULY best for you.

This approach will not hurt you or hurt anything. It won't have many side-effects, no hangover, etc.
