I took it to mean what do you have in your life that gives you a feeling you're not alone in this world, and that you're here for a reason (whatever that may be). What confirms in your head there is a higher power watching over you, or at least responsible for all of this - someone/something much greater than you. What makes you feel a part of this great universe?

Also, what drops you to your knees and makes you feel grateful for the experience of life.
