Thank you everyone. Now, I realize after hearing from some of these personal experiences that there is a possibility that the missed dose of Lamictal and Latuda possibly contributed to the meltdown. But either way, I definitely need to make some changes and will get back into the swing of tracking my mood. There's an online one that I've been using on and off, so I need to make that routine. Although I still feel very depressed today, I feel like I am getting back on track with my medication schedule. I took an extra Klonopin, and that also provided at least some additional temporary relief.
