It is crazy how much it’s helped calm the thoughts in my head. I am on Wellbutrin and not sure if my pdoc plans to keep me on both lithium and Wellbutrin, but some of my other medications like Lamictal, Buspar, propanonlol, even Klonopin I wonder if they are helping me at all. I have gotten a tolerance to the 4 mg of Klonopin I have been taking (over 10 years I have been on it with increasing dosage).

Today I was able to go on Amazon, look at the birthday wish list for my niece, and buy a gift right at the amount H wants to spend for extended relative birthdays. I did not even look at books or ebooks or books on sale, my main weakness for impulse shopping Amazon. I told myself I was only going to look at my niece’s list and check out with only her gift, and I did!

I will see the pdoc on Halloween. I am sure he will first want to know how it’s been going with the lithium and form a plan from there.
