Hi Marylin, it sounds like you have been busy looking after your mum and not caring as well about yourself, which I think lots of people can identify with. It's great you are getting back on track again.

There are some really tasty options on there - the Greek yogurt with berries I absolutely love and you can buy frozen berries quite cheaply to defrost as you need.
I think it hits upon food combining too - like Apple slices with peanut butter. I believe twinning sweeter food (fruits) with a fat and protein alters how they are metabolized within the body.
Hope you get some ideas - I find stocking up on the healthy stuff helps me stick to it.
Once you get that processed sugar out of your system it will get easier I will bet. Good luck you can do this!
