No advice as such just wanted to say you sound like you have bent over backwards for this woman and nothing seems to please her - she is a fool (with serious issues none the less) who does not seem able to realise what a good woman she is pushing out of her life.

Do what you feel is right for you, and yes please hold onto your dog for yours and his sake!
