My abusers were my parents. My father who bullied and abused and screamed and yelled til I could not think, and I would shake and cry. Our mother stood by and just let him do this to her and to us. So, go aheadf and say your little speech. It sounds perfect!! Stand up for yourself, and then get another job. Maybe by speaking up, you will wake him up.
