Now I’m gaining weight despite the fact I’ve been watching what I’m eating 3 days in a row. Yesterday I was 158. I weighed myself last night and I was 162 so I figured I would be 159 this morning and I was right. Today I had 1,190 calories and I just weighed myself at 5 in the afternoon and I was 163. So I’m more like 160-161. But I’ve been counting exactly and it’s right around 1200 a day. I don’t get it.
