I am sorry you are struggling but we are here to support you in any way we possibly can. Don't give up! There are, in fact, people who care who will not make things worse for you or your wife. In my experience, when things are super hard, I cannot solve them all by myself. I'm too close to the problems. Someone with outside perspective can see things I just cannot. You just need to find the right person, that's all.
