I also have severe bipolar 1 but not schizoaffective. I am managed by two atypical anti-psychotics. Seroquel XR and Saphris have given me a stability that has previously eluded me. I have now been stable for 2.5 months - the longest period of stability I致e had since diagnosis 5yrs ago.
