What does your pdoc say about all this? What about trying to address it with some sort of added sleep medication? That's interesting information to know. I didn't know that. Thank you for that information.

I haven't told my psychiatrist yet. I don't see him until November. As he is a very popular psychiatrist in my area and is constantly booked.

I could ask him when I see him about possible sleep medication. Although I just remembered he said I could try taking Ativan at night to help with sleep, in the past. I'll try the Ativan first and if that doesn't work, I'll ask him for sleep medication.

I appreciate you answering my post. I'll make sure to keep you updated and post in this thread when an update happens. Or make a new post with an update.
