Birdie, I love lentil soup with a baked potato on a cold winter night.
Ugh, I'm so sorry about the anxiety, MD.
Today:
6a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
-Coffee/chai/low-fat milk
-2 pieces of toast w/ butter
-Banana/goat milk yogurt/granola
-Date bar
-2 eggs
-Coffee w/ soy milk
-An "unbaked" cookie (oats, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla)
6p.m. until bedtime
-Lentil soup + a few whole grain crackers
-A pear
-A yam if I'm still hungry
