I know I have written bout this before but i am on my condo board. Finally, finally, the board is down to just two people... me and another.
And I am frustrated beyond belief.
What is so rich is that we have a "problem" resident who is always complaining about things. And the truth is... I secretly agree with her but, always shut her down as if I don't because the other person on the board doesn't. So I am fighting for things I don't believe in.
We had an annual meeting on 9/23. I typed up a pre-meeting set of notes on how to answer. After the meeting all the secretary (secretary from the last board) had to do was take those notes and add a little more. It is 10/22 and she still hasn't posted them. Despite promises she would this weekend.
We had the 10/16 board meeting and I already posted the minutes. And with regard to that I sent the minutes to the other member on 10/17 and he still hasn't responded to approve or deny. I just got fed up and posted them.
Here is what I want to know,,, why does everyone act as if I am insane for wanting these things done quickly. I WROTE UP THE MINUTES... I am only asking the other board to approve them. And he seems unable to do that in a week.
Everything lately seems to move at a snails pace, except for me and my work, which apparently needs to be done -- at all times... asap.
