Okay so sometimes I get really stressed out and want to vomit. But I also get suicidal when I think of the effects of vomiting up my food. A part of me is saying do it and another saying no just have a coffee. I havent purged in awhile and its a bad vomiting circle and kinda gross when you smell like sick afterwards.
