Thanks I appreciate that you can appreciate the HOA situation.

Finally I got upset and asked the lady if she had the minutes and she goes, you can post them.. so I do, and *I* made an error and that unit owner was jonney on the spot to correct me.

It is just an overall thing though, everything I do I like to do fast. In fact my "mantra" is from a song from streets of fire -- the song is called "nowhere fast" the lyric goes, nothing wrong with going no place baby but we should be going nowhere fast. DARN RIGHT.

And everyone-- EVERYONE, goes along at a snails pace. Is there a town or a state or anything where people go fast naturally -- where things are done promptly. How can I make that happen.

I think someplace along the way it became ok to poke at everything and to just do a poor job. And though I don't like my problem unit owner she sure as heck did work when she was on the board.

I swear to god that treasurer doesn't even really understand the financials. I often have to send him a budget and tell him things about the finances and he acts as if it isn't his job to inquire.

I could go on... thanks...
