I have a gratitude journal that I have used for the past year. I've noticed that if I go a few days missing doing it that it coincides with times that I feel very negative about life. So, this is a GREAT idea! It really does help.
Today I am grateful for:
1. My cup of coffee just now. Nice and hot and tasteful.
2. My husband (gay couple) who had a difficult night last night but, is now sleeping restfully.
3. Netflix. I enjoy watching movies.
4. That the current season is FALL my favorite! :-)
5. That a friend got my letter I mailed to them and they called and left a message saying how nice it was to actually get a real letter in the mailbox.
