Okay, the salt water pool was paradise. Being in the warm water felt amazing and moving without much pain was incredible! I walked around the perimeter of the pool several times. Walking without pain was a breeze!
Afterwards the achilles pain was pretty bad, but at least my brain now remembers what it feels like to walk without pain. I believe that a couple of more pool sessions will help me immensely.
