Doing a lot better today despite my (former) therapist and me agreeing on firing each other. (It really was that way). First I basically fired her. Then she got mad at me and I guess she fired me. I suppose it was kind of a bad thing. I saw it coming though.

I am seeing a new therapist now who I think is helpful. I've seen her once.
