I understanf your sadness very much so. Don't let it put you
on a Guilt trip. Having trouble sleeping is the worst. Try some
calming
music at night when you go to bed, maybe that would help.
I use it sometimes too, I find dead silence at night just keeps
and triggers my mind to race more and interfere with going to
sleep. So try some mellow music you enjoy or some Ocean sounds
anything like a nature recording helps me....
