OMG, I do this all the time. I end up battling hypervigilance and often feel like I have literally run a marathon when I am exposed to certain situations.

My husband has been away for going on a week now. I don't have much food in the house to eat and I have tried to figure out ways to get things to eat without going to the grocery store. This picture is what happens to me when I go into a busy grocery store and I fear that I would not last long enough to get what I need and make it to the check out. No one GETS THAT. I don't particularly WANT or Choose to experience this either.
