A couple of months ago I had orders from my back doctor to undergo physical therapy for 8 weeks. It meant leaving my house twice a week in addition to my other appointments. I couldn't do it. Now I'm reconsidering. I don't have as many appointments at the moment. So maybe I can handle it. I'm just tired of not being able to walk. I'm tired of the pain. It would be nice if the physical therapy helped me.
I left a message with the nurse. Hopefully they will issue new orders. I guess I can try to think of it as a positive outing. I'll be able to talk to the physical therapist. I'll get out and get fresh air. I'll be able to drive, which is nice this time of year. I could always stop somewhere after physical therapy to do something fun like go out to eat. Just trying to be positive about it.
Does anyone else have to leave their house a lot for appointments? How do you manage?
