Since today is my 30th birthday, I am trying to be easy on myself and not beat myself up (figuratively) like I always do.

It is funny, on my Facebook, since my birthdate is public and it gives notifications, I see that almost 50 people have defriended me, and over 45 of them were women. I just have to ignore things like that and focus on myself more.
