thanks for the links. I'm not good with people IRL, major trust issues. that, and no support system. this was a medical-related thing, so I'm trying to figure things out. the last time I had a major 'shock to the system', I had so much physical pain that it drowned out everything else (like the mental, emotional...) - except for being aware that my seatbelt saved my life!
