Hi, I'm new to the whole bipolar world as far as learning its root and its resolutions, because I was just diagnosed a couple of weeks ago. However, since I have been learning a bit more about it, I am coming to the realization that I have dealt with it my entire like, but only now it has a name, BIPOLAR. There, I said it. Anyway, since I the day that I found out, I have been obsessing over trying to find out more and search for ways to deal and support. I am anticipating a new support group next week, and a little nervous too.
