I am unsure why people with back issues are told that pt should be tried if it hurts them but I suppose their must be a reason.
I'm not sure why either. I tried PT for my back at the beginning of the year. That made my back pain worse too. But I have a new doctor now and I figure I have to go through this in order to get the help I need. I imagine that I will need an injection to really get help but they don't offer that as a first treatment.

Next week I see the physical therapist. I have one other appointment too with my GP. I'm a little nervous about 2 appointments. But I will try to make the best of it. Thanks for sharing.
