This is a very good question and honestly it isn't anything I've thought about and really should be something I'm aware of. For me, my baseline and stability is to:
1. Get out of bed everyday and take a shower and have the energy to put on makeup (when I skip makeup, I know I'm feeling blah)
2. Enjoy music/reading. I can just sit and listen to the lyrics and instruments or concentrate on reading a book. Not put it down after 2 pages.
3. Concentrate on watching a show/movie without my mind drifting to other things like worry.
4. CLEAN HOUSE and regularly keep it clean. to
5. Eating healthy and making my own food (if take out orders go up, something is wrong)
6. Exercise regularly without excuses.

Lamitcal - 400 mg
Latuda - 60 mg
Klonopin - 0.5 mg
Trazodone 100 mg (as needed)

Medications I've been on in the past: Haldol, Risperdal, Ability, Depakote, Lithium, Celexa, Wellbutrin, Geodon.
